Commercial Industrial Supplies and Services Pte Ltd (C.I.S.S.) was incorporated in Singapore in 1972. We excel in Master Antenna TV System, Cable TV System, Structured Cabling System and Satellite TV System. We are the main contractor of Housing Development Board, Singapore CableVision Ltd, Public Works Department, Singapore Telecommunications Ltd and National Computer Board. In 1994, the Sports Division was set up to cater for the niche marketing and sale of Pickle-Ball Products.

We are main contractor for installing and maintaining the Master Antenna TV System for HDB. We are in charge of all the HDB flats under the Sims Drive, Bukit Merah and Chin Swee Branch Office. This is almost a sixth of the HDB flats in Singapore. We have the manpower to handle the requirements of any maintenance contract. We have 3 teams on 24-hour maintenance standby for flats under these branch offices. They will attend to any complaints at the shortest time.

We are one of the main contractors of Singapore CableVision Ltd. We have wired up thousands of units of HDB flats for cable TV. From 1995 to 1998, between the main contractors of Singapore CableVision, we wired up almost 900,000 HDB flats. We have the manpower resources to handle very large projects.

We do voice and data, SCTP/UTP Cat 5/6, fiber optics: multi-mode and single mode cable installation. We are certified installer of Siemon Cabling System. The Siemon Company is a major global cabling company. We have received commendation letter from Ministry of Communication, Singapore on our high quality work.

We are satellite systems contractors. We are the main satellite contractor of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd and ST Teleport. We have a major market share of the satellite TVRO systems in Singapore. We also have VSAT capabilities

We are appointed sole agent of Pickle Ball products by Pickle Ball Incorporation of USA, 801 NW 48^th Street, Seattle, Washington 98107 since September 1994. We are authorised to register the trademark for all Pickle Ball Products in Singapore and Malaysia and eventually extend if necessary to all Asian countries and Asia Pacific regions.

We are one of the largest telecommunication infrastructure builders in Singapore. This can be seen from our strong financial grade from Government Registration Authorities. Our Expenditure & Policies Unit (EPPU) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Registration are as follows:
